Kathleen Fox is a Peabody Award Winning producer with over a decade of experience producing, directing, writing and creating video and print content for global campaigns. Her recent productions include Queerskins: a love story for VR (content included a VR experience, immersive installation, and photography) and LYDIA LUNCH: THE WAR IS NEVER OVER , a traditional feature-length documentary by Beth B. The film, premiered at the 2019 DOC Festival in New York City to great critical acclaim. The film was picked up by Kino Lorber and is currently playing in select theaters around the world.

She successfully managed the Queerskins: a love story Kickstarter campaign which raised over $25,000, a significant amount for virtual reality. She has also managed and overseen several site-specific installations including an unprecedented month-long solo installation of Queerskins at The Toronto International Film Festival’s TIFF Lightbox Gallery in Toronto and an installation at the V&A Museum in London.

Kathleen also acted as Supervising Producer on Queerskins: Ark which is both a stand-alone VR experience and part of a larger transmedia project that includes Queerskins: a novel, the interactive online narrative (2013) and Queerskins: a love story for VR (2018). For this piece the team has partnered with Intel Studio who runs the largest volumetric capture studio in the world.

As these successes attest, she also brings strong creative team management and interpersonal skills, as well as active relationships with producers, photographers, videographers and editors to her work.
